中午也不知道吃什么，朋友就问我要不要吃PIZZA说是她上次跟一个同事吃过一次PIZZA觉得味道挺不错的，让我今天也品尝一下，听了朋友讲的事情我就说好啊，我也很久没有吃过PIZZA了今天就品尝一下，朋友听了我讲的事情就说她叫外卖很快就可以到的，听了朋友讲的事情我就说她决定就好了，但是我不知道外卖的味道好不好呢，朋友听了我讲的事情就主外卖的味道跟在店里面吃的味道是一样的呢，说是挺不错的，听了朋友讲的事情我就说那就太好了。

有一個很好的朋友就是很喜歡這個敢达 的，其實他也還是給他的孩子買的，我去過他家里幾次的，也就是知道他家里是有很多各種各樣的敢达 的，而且也就還是經常給孩子買的，因為他們兩個人都是很喜歡的，所以這次我也就剛開始的時候想送一個別的東西的，不過也就還是看到了一個很特別的敢达 的，我想他們家里好像也就還是沒有這個敢达 的，所以這次我也就買了這個敢达 呢，也是希望他們能喜歡就好了，而且我也就還真的是感覺到這個敢达 是很不錯的。

今年夏天我為了減重成功，可以說起床起的很早，那個時候我就在想，我到底是為了什麼要去做減重呢，其實有的時候我們自己要是自制力很好的話，那麼就不會有那麼多的問題，但是你不好好去做這些事情。那麼肯定會有很多這樣那樣的問題，這樣的話我們就要好好去把握自己要去做的事情了，其實我自己對我的減重成績還不怎麼滿意，但是即使這樣，我也不會說什麼，因為我有我自己心裡最期待看到的結果。要是這個結果不怎麼好的話，那麼你肯定會覺得很是鬱悶。

下班回去看見我的兒子在玩敢达 ，不知道是誰給兒子買的新的玩具，我就問了一下大家，我的老公說是他今天帶兒子出去玩，兒子看見了這個敢达 ，非常的喜歡呢，就給買了呢，看著兒子一個人在那裏玩敢达 ，我也是非常的高興呢，兒子一個人也能玩的非常的開心呢，我可以去忙一些其他的事情了呢，一會兒我的兒子就玩的困了，就在沙發上睡著了呢，今天我的兒子也變的非常的乖了呢，真的太好了，我的兒子需要的也不是很多啊，一個敢達 就可以了，兒子今天也很高興呢。

我看朋友就平時減重是特別的辛苦的，我真的是不知道朋友是怎麼樣的才減重成功的，不過我也就還是知道她真的是特別的厲害的，以前朋友是最胖的，就是那種所有人出去玩都不叫她的，因為她太胖了，又跑不動，沒有想到現在她一下子就這個減重了，就真的是只有我知道她是有多麼的努力的，平時想吃什麽都是不敢吃的，而且也還是特別的堅持鍛鍊的，真的是特別的辛苦的，但是我感覺這次她的這個減重成功也就真的是特別的值得為她開心。
